Since its establishment in 1994, GROWTH was working on many  various development projects.

GROWTH co-operated with many local, national and international institutions, organisations and companies: the European Union (EU), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Care International, the Government of Ghana (Ministry of Health), the German Development Service (DED), the German Technical Co-operation (GTZ) and the German Cultural Institute in Ghana (Goethe Institute).
