GROWTH was founded:

• to give focus on a sustainable, ecologically and socially sound development and
• to improve upon living conditions in rural and urban areas in Ghana.

GROWTH Integrated Development Programmes is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation in Ghana, established in 1994 and formally registered in 1996.

GROWTH creates employment, especially self-employment, and promotes the training of vocational skills as well as the use of local resources, appropriate technologies and self-reliant community development.
